Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and beef Italian sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir the jarred spaghetti sauce into the browned meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, egg, and chopped parsley.
Spread one cup of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer with no-boil noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a third of the remaining meat sauce.
Repeat the layers once more: noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, half of the remaining mozzarella, and half of the remaining meat sauce.
Top with a final layer of noodles, the last of the meat sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the dish rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
