Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless skinless Patted dry
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For coating
  • 1 tsp Paprika Sweet or smoked
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, tossing again to ensure each piece is thoroughly covered.
  • Place the chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F (for best texture, aim for 170°F).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain its juices.
