Baby yellow potatoes

melted

Minced garlic
freshly minced

Beef broth

Fresh thyme leaves
plus more for garnish

Instructions
Place the cubed beef chuck and halved baby potatoes into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, tossing well to coat everything evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are fork-tender.
Garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired before serving warm.
