Instructions
Place the frozen beef meatballs and the drained pineapple chunks into the basin of a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and the reserved 1/4 cup of pineapple juice until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the meatballs and pineapple. Gently stir the contents to ensure every meatball is coated in the sauce.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are hot throughout and the sauce is bubbly.
Give the meatballs a final stir to coat them in the glaze before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions immediately before serving.
