Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Liquid Smoke (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Drain the liquid from the cans of beef and beans. Gently stir the drained beans into the sauce mixture until they are evenly coated.
Pour the bean mixture into a 2-quart baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Cut the thick beef bacon slices into bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the top of the beans.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the sauce is bubbly, thickened, and the beef bacon on top is crisp.
