Instructions
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Cut the chicken breasts into even 1-inch cubes to ensure they cook at the same rate.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, smoked paprika, hot paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss thoroughly until every piece is evenly coated in the spice mixture. Let marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a small amount of space at the ends for easy handling.
