Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the taco seasoning until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer.
Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat immediately to prevent overcooking.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Assemble the tacos by layering shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, sliced avocado, and guacamole on each warm tortilla.
Drizzle generously with avocado crema, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
