Instructions
Begin by cubing 4 cups of watermelon and halving 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Pat the fruit dry slightly to prevent excess moisture on the board.
Place the 8 oz Brie wheel and the 4 oz goat cheese log in different, opposing areas of the board to act as visual and structural anchors.
Fold the 4 oz of beef prosciutto into ribbons and fan out the 4 oz of beef salami, tucking them around the cheese anchors.
Arrange the prepped watermelon and strawberries in flowing, curved patterns across the remaining empty spaces of the board.
Fill in the remaining gaps and borders with 2 cups of assorted crackers.
Scatter 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves over the fruit for a pop of green and serve alongside a small dish containing 2 tbsp of honey for drizzling.
