In a medium bowl, whisk together the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
Set aside half of this mixture to use as a fresh glaze after cooking.
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, pour the remaining half of the marinade over them, and toss to coat well.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is nicely browned.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer, brush immediately with the reserved sweet chili glaze, and serve.
