Sweet Chili Glazed Thai Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce Divided
  • 2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce Substitute tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
  • Set aside half of this mixture to use as a fresh glaze after cooking.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, pour the remaining half of the marinade over them, and toss to coat well.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is nicely browned.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer, brush immediately with the reserved sweet chili glaze, and serve.
