Sweet Garlic Butter Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast cubed
  • 1 tsp Salt kosher
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter divided
  • 0.33 cup Honey clover or wildflower
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 cups White rice cooked
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season the cubed poultry with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and melt the remaining 3 tbsp of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Let the mixture simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
  • Serve warm over cooked white rice and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
