Season the cubed poultry with salt and black pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and melt the remaining 3 tbsp of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Let the mixture simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
Serve warm over cooked white rice and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
