Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef chuck Sliced
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Sliced
  • 3 whole Bell peppers Sliced
  • 12 pieces Tortillas Flour or corn
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Fried onions Crispy
  • 2 lbs Potatoes Cubed
  • 1 cup Creamy dip Mayonnaise or sour cream based
  • 0.5 cup Green onions Chopped
  • 8 oz Mozzarella balls Drained
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes Washed
  • 1 box Star-shaped crackers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 0.25 cup Sugar Granulated
  • 1 lb Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh
  • 0.5 cup Raspberries Fresh
  • 1 cup Granola Oat-based
  • 0.25 cup Mint Fresh leaves

Instructions
 

  • Grill 1 lb of beef chuck and 1 lb of chicken breast with 3 whole sliced bell peppers. Serve alongside 12 pieces of tortillas, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of crispy fried onions.
  • Boil 2 lbs of cubed potatoes until tender. Toss with 1 cup of creamy dip and 0.5 cup of chopped green onions.
  • Create striking red and white skewers by threading 1 pint of washed cherry tomatoes and 8 oz of drained mozzarella balls, served with 1 box of star-shaped crackers.
  • Beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 0.25 cup of granulated sugar. Layer the mixture with 1 lb of sliced strawberries, 1 cup of fresh blueberries, 0.5 cup of fresh raspberries, and 1 cup of oat-based granola. Top with 0.25 cup of fresh mint leaves.
