Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Beef Salami
  • 8 oz Beef Mortadella
  • 6 oz Bresaola
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese
  • 6 oz Aged Cheddar
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1 loaf Focaccia Bread
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Grapes (red and green)
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Mixed Olives
  • 2 cups Potato Chips
  • 1 cup Taralli Crackers
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 1 whole Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Bake the puff pastry according to package directions. Let it cool, then spread with cream cheese and top with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Slice the focaccia bread and arrange it on the outer edges of a large wooden serving board alongside the taralli crackers and potato chips.
  • Fold the beef salami and bresaola into ribbons or roses. Fan out the beef mortadella. Place these cured beef selections strategically across the board.
  • Place the brie wheel, slice the aged cheddar, and arrange the fresh mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
  • Add red and green grapes, mixed olives, pistachios, and cashews into the empty spaces.
  • Garnish the spread with orange and lemon slices. Serve alongside sparkling water or mixed drinks.
