Cut chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Chop red bell pepper into chunks. Thread alternating chicken and pepper pieces onto skewers.
Brush chicken skewers and corn on the cob evenly with 3 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning over the skewers.
Place beef sausages, beef patties, chicken skewers, and corn on the preheated grill.
Grill beef patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Grill sausages and chicken skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill corn for 10 minutes, rotating until lightly charred.
Remove all items from grill. Serve beef patties on burger buns alongside the mixed platter.
