Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mini pancakes Prepared from your favorite mix
  • 4 pieces Waffles Frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Raspberries Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Blackberries Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Blueberries Washed and dried
  • 2 pieces Croissants
  • 2 pieces Pain au chocolat
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon rolls
  • 4 pieces Slider buns
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef Divided use for sliders and bagels
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces Plain bagels Halved
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 4 oz Gouda cheese Cubed or sliced
  • 1 cup Crackers Assorted varieties
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts
  • 1 cup Grapes Washed
  • 1 whole Kiwi Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine Chilled
  • 2 cups Orange juice Chilled

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the hot items: Cook mini pancakes according to mix directions and toast waffles until golden brown. Keep warm.
  • Assemble the sandwiches: Layer 4 oz roast beef and cheddar on slider buns, and the remaining 4 oz roast beef with provolone on halved bagels. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Prepare the fruit and cheese: Wash and dry all berries, grapes, kiwi, and pineapple. Arrange brie and gouda on a large wooden serving board alongside the crackers and nuts.
  • Build the board: Place small bowls of jam, honey, and chocolate hazelnut spread on the board. Surround them with the warm pancakes, waffles, and assorted pastries.
  • Fill in the gaps: Tuck the fresh berries and fruit chunks into any empty spaces on the board for a full, abundant look.
  • Set up the beverage station: Pour orange juice into a carafe and serve alongside chilled sparkling wine and fresh strawberries for garnish.
