Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Beef salami Sliced
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese Cubed
  • 8 oz White cheese Monterey Jack or Provolone, cubed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Washed
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Pitted
  • 1/2 cup Mini dill pickles Drained
  • 1 whole Cucumber Sliced
  • 2 whole Avocado Pitted and mashed
  • 1 whole Lime Juiced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Freshly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes Crushed
  • 1 cup Creamy dill dip Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill Chopped, for garnish
  • 1 cup Corn Chex cereal Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Rice Chex cereal Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Wheat Chex cereal Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Mini pretzels Salted
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts Unsalted or lightly salted
  • 4 oz Breadsticks Crispy variety
  • 8 whole Chocolate chip cookies Baked and cooled
  • 1 cup Strawberries Halved
  • 1 cup Green grapes Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Red grapes Washed and dried

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the quick guacamole: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Stir in lime juice, chopped cilantro, and red pepper flakes. Cover tightly and set aside.
  • Mix the dry snacks: In a large sealable container, toss together the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, and peanuts.
  • Prep the produce and cheeses: Wash all fruits and vegetables. Slice the cucumber, halve the strawberries, and cube the cheddar and white cheeses.
  • Assemble the snack spread: On a large travel-friendly platter or divided container, arrange the beef salami, cheese cubes, and breadsticks.
  • Add the fresh elements: Place the cherry tomatoes, olives, mini dill pickles, cucumber slices, grapes, and strawberries into empty spaces or individual small compartments.
  • Serve: Provide the creamy dill dip (garnished with fresh dill) and guacamole alongside the dry snack mix and chocolate chip cookies.
