Whipped Cinnamon Honey Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter Softened to room temperature (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup Honey High-quality clover honey works best
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Pure vanilla recommended
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Use less if using salted butter

Instructions
 

  • Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the butter on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until it becomes pale and fluffy.
  • Add the powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
  • Start mixing on low speed to incorporate the dry ingredients without creating a mess, then increase to high speed.
  • Whip the mixture for another 2-3 minutes until it is light, airy, and completely smooth.
  • Serve immediately at room temperature, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. If refrigerating, let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving to soften.
